Client Notification
Effective July 1st, 2014
Greetings Valued Clientele,
Gary Gemma and the staff at Gary Patrick Salon would like to take this opportunity to thank our valued clientele for your patronage. Effective July 1st, 2014, Gary Patrick Salon will be implementing a price adjustment for color services, the increase will only affect color and chemical services. This will be the first increase for color services since 2008. Gary Patrick Salon will be accommodating your next service at our old pricing to ensure everyone is notified of the change, following services will reflect our new pricing. We appreciate you as a client and your continued loyalty. Our new pricing is as follows:
All Color/Chemical services will increase by $10 per service and per level of stylist. With any Wella color service pricing will be based on consultation.
Gary Patrick Salon strives to cultivate a team environment where salon culture allows clients to see a different stylist without hesitation. We encourage our clients to see whichever stylist best fits their needs. This policy allows our clientele to continue to receive the highest level of service while providing the ultimate flexibility with lifestyle & choice.
It is our goal that as we continue to grow and see more clients, we will continue to excel in customer service. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance. If for any reason you are unhappy with the services that were provided, we would like to have an opportunity to re-do the services complimentary for you. You may have your services re-done with the original stylist, or we can recommend another stylist for you.
Our Customer Service Guarantee is the foundation of our business. If at any time we falter on providing you with the best experience possible, please feel free to contact our Salon Manager, Courtney Smith. Service Policy Update
Effective September 1st 2010
New Policy: Due to the amount of time that is allotted for finish work on an a la carte chemical service (color without cut) there will be a new $15.00 service charge added to your bill.
Reason For The Change: In the past, we have provided blow-dries as a complimentary service to our clients. However, as a result of our increased clientele, there is limited availability in the salon.
Please Note: There will be an additional charge for curls on all finishes.

Cancellations
If you are unable to make your appointment please contact the salon 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment by calling 925.462.2375
• If cancellations are less than 24 hours or if a “No Show” occurs, Gary Patrick Salon is subject to charge a cancellation fee with the discretion of Management.
Gratuity Policy
Gratuities will only be accepted as cash or check. Any gratuity written in the form of a check must be written as a separate check made out to the stylist. Any and all gratuities will only be accepted at the front desk.
Salon Guarantee
Gary Patrick Salon guarantees both its services and products.
Services
Gary Patrick Salon is a team environment, and our customer satisfaction is our utmost importance. For any reason you are unhappy with the services that were provided, we would like to have an opportunity to have you come back into the salon to have the services redone complimentary.
Clients are welcome to come in with their original stylist or we can recommend another stylist for them.
Bridal Policy
Our Bridal Services are exclusively offered to Gary Patrick Salon clients.
Retail
Gary Patrick Salon leads the industry by providing the most advanced product lines available. However, if you are ever dissatisfied with your retail purchase, you may bring back your product for an exchange or full refund.
This policy includes Oribe Hair Care Products, V76, Malin & Goetz, Smith & Cult, and brushes.
For returns on flat irons or blow-dryers, sale is final. Please note, each tool comes with factory warranty upon purchase.
Team Environment
Gary Patrick Salon cultivates a team environment where salon culture allows clients to see a different stylist without hesitation. Whether it is scheduling, pricing, or preference, we encourage our clients to see the stylist that best fits their needs.

Referral Program
Gary Patrick Salons foundation has been established by its loyal clientele and the referrals that come from our clients continued patronage over the past twenty years. In appreciation of our valued clients, we offer and exclusive referral program.
Refer 3 New Clients to the salon and receive a complimentary Haircut Service.
When booking an appointment, please let your referrals know to mention your name to the Front Desk or to your stylist.

Global Keratin Treatment
There has been much controversy surrounding smoothing treatments and their lasting effects. Many articles have focused on a treatment called Brazilian Blowout. Originally Brazilian Blowout claimed to be Formaldehyde Free. Studies later showed Brazilian Blowout to contain at least 11% Formaldehyde.
Gary Patrick Salon chose to carry a product that is truly Formaldehyde Free! The Global Keratin is designed to eliminate frizz and cut your styling time in half.
For the more resistant client, Gary Patrick Salon offers a stonger formula with only 4% Formaldehyde.
The Global Keratin Company has always been upfront and honest about the ingredients in their products. Although studies have not yet been done to monitor the lasting effects of chemicals in smoothing treatments, Formaldehyde is a chemical found in many household products.
